Charles has over twenty years experience as a design leader in landscape architecture, planning and urban design.
His work has been internationally based with projects in North and Central America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and China.
His projects include hotels and resorts, theme parks, golf courses, mixed use/commercial and urban planning and design projects.
He has extensive experience with large scale master planning, project programming and positioning, branding and tourism development and resort hospitality planning and design.
Over his career Charles has successfully planned, designed and supervised the construction of millions of US dollars of work to the benefit of his clients and for the users of the projects.
He has organized, restructured and led urban design and landscape architecture departments, set quality standards for design,
managed multidisciplinary teams on complex projects and he is recognized as an exceptional designer and an inspirational leader.
